Getting Around The New Facebook Pages Layout

Facebook has yet again made changes to the layout for pages. Pages on Facebook are cleaner and sleeker. There is a reduction in overlap of components – this means easier accessibility for users and helps brands promote themselves with more imagery.

The logo and cover images have been separated. Logos now sit on the top left corner and cover images occupy the rest of the top segment. The call-to-action button is now larger and has been moved to allow more visibility.

These changes also make it better for mobile users who make up a large chunk of Facebook users. Together with the twitter like “handles” and user name these changes promise a better user experience for both users and brands.
