More Accolades For Medallion As Its Data Centres Receive Awards

Medallion Data Centres Limited, a Digital Realty & Pembani Remgro company, was earlier this week in Lagos recognised as a Top 50 Nigeria’s Digital Economy Enablers 2023 for the role the company is playing in the promotion of Nigeria’s digital economy.

According to the organiser of the Top 50 Nigeria’s Digital Economy Enablers 2023, since the pursuit of the digital economy being championed by the federal government through the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, Medallion has effectively leveraged it data center infrastructure to promote the digital economy.

“Medallion Data Centres is one of the companies that immediately keyed into the federal government’s digital economy pursuit by building the cutting-edge digital infrastructure that is today supporting enterprises and service providers operating in Nigeria,” Chairman of Top 50 Nigeria’s Digital Economy Enablers 2023, Dr. Sola Afolabi said while presenting the recognition plaque to Engr. Ikechukwu Nnamani, Chief Executive Officer of Medallion Data Centres Limited.

Engr. Ikechukwu Nnamani, in a brief speech had assured that Medallion will continue to deploy infrastructure to power the digital economy, saying going digital is the way to go as has been done in some developed economies.

“We appreciate the organiser of the Top 50 Nigeria’s Digital Economy Enablers 2023. It is a testament that what we are doing at Medallion is being noticed by industry watchers and analysts. We will continue to do more,” he said.
