“Phase 3 remains relentless in its pursuits as it continues to expand the scope of its offerings and capabilities beyond the shores of Nigeria, through invaluable global partnerships, and regional business play-based on its strategic intent to boost accessibility and foster regional integration via its network.

“Thus, we will keep launching multiple expansion projects targeted at transforming West Africa’s telecommunications landscape, using innovative technology, as well as the development of secure high-performance network communications and solutions – as leverage to effectively connect people, businesses, and networks within the sub-region, and to the rest of the world,” he pledged.

Jegede continued: “If anything, Phase 3’s 20th year and role in Nigeria, and Africa’s telecommunications cum technology space has become even more mission-critical, riding on a future-proof network mindset – one where more than ever before, there is an exponential demand for high-performance, secure and scalable networks like Phase 3 with diverse routes for the efficient and consistent delivery of bandwidth-hungry content, as well as comprehensive next-generation services in the OTT, cloud and cyber security spaces – that assure both meaningful and safe connections for businesses and customers across varied market demographics.”

According to him, Phase 3 has embarked on a termed expansion project to invest in increasing its aerial and terrestrial fibre network footprint in Nigeria, and in the coming months and years. We will leverage our capabilities as well as innovative fabric to further amplify opportunities in financial, education, healthcare, commerce, agriculture, and other sectors of the economy.

“That the company with recent license acquisitions such as a provisional Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), has also proven its commitment and will continue to deepen its cross-sector play with exponential investments targeted at enhanced technology infrastructure and multi-layer value chain integration in the industry.”

In addition, Jegede maintained that the Phase 3 family have been granted the opportunity to make vital contributions in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors and that is a lot to be grateful for as well as not to be taken lightly.

“Staying on the beat of megatrends, demographic shifts in the sector that will shape this century, it has become an unwavering endeavour for Phase 3 to maintain values, processes, constant innovation, as well as knowledge growth of its dynamic team to optimise its service solutions and to sustain a global standard service delivery architecture for clients, partners and stakeholders on and beyond the continent,” he concluded.
