The construction of the LGS2 data center, in response to the growing digital transformation needs of various sectors, is expected to generate new jobs, solidifying Rack Centre’s role as a key employer of IT professionals in the region.
Johannisson emphasized the company’s dedication to sustainability, highlighting the energy-efficient design of the new facility with a PUE of 1.35, one of the lowest in the region. Rack Centre’s commitment to providing value-driven digital solutions that support both clients and a sustainable future is evident in this expansion.

In 2018, the company’s Head of Data Centre Services was awarded Data Centre Manager of the Year at the DCD Global Awards, and in 2019, the Operations Team received the Operations Team of the Year award.
